A project of a fourplex typology, not too popular in Russia — houses for 4 families. These projects are gaining popularity along with townhouses due to the possibility of placing them on small land plots.

The project addressed the problem of uniformity of architecture with dense development of the territory with tract houses. A project was developed in which 4 different modifications of materials and shapes overlap. Due to rhombus-shaped group layout of the houses and the “rotation” of houses in relation to one another in a checkerboard pattern, the perception effect of the houses’ uniqueness was achieved. When driving along the street, the same house opens from different angles, due to which it was possible to achieve visual diversity and highlight the objects among the monotypic buildings.
