Sukhanovo –Park low-rise residential village

For the low-rise residential village Sukhanovo-Park the bureau proposed a complex of four single-entry tower-type houses and a club house with a built-in fitness center, a swimming pool and an underground parking. Apartments with high ceilings and a small patio are situated on the ground floors of the complex. Areas and apartments of various types were planned on other floors.

Among the specific features of the residential complex are the proximity of the forest, the proximity to «Sukhanovo» country estate of Prince Volkonsky and the Bolshoi Sukhanovsky Pond, a small number of storeys, a wide pedestrian zone, the absence of chaotic parking (architects suggested underground parking) and modern house facades with panoramic windows.
