Hotel with an underground parking in Moscow

A hotel of 256 rooms with an underground parking for 72 cars. It was assumed that the hotel would be located at Kalanchevskaya Street, 11, building 3. The object has a rather interesting neighborhood — the metro station Krasnye Vorota, Lermontovskaya Ploshchad, Department for Technical Policy of JSC Russian Railways, and the hotel Krasnye Vorota.

The architects proposed an unusual prominent facade design, the format of the entrance and exit areas, the internal layout and specification options for windows and balconies.
