Conceptual design for an object located in the industrial zone in the center of Tver.

The bureau architects had to reconstruct an abandoned building and redesign it for new functionality. Thus, the object’s structure, spatial connections and navigation elements were studied.

The architects have proposed a «loft» design, which is ideal for industrial buildings that mostly function as offices or startups nowadays.
