Territory improvement for Roomer furniture trade center

As part of the project, it was necessary to design the area in front of the ROOMER furniture trade center’s main entrance, the facade of which has been previously designed by our colleague.

When working on the project, the main visitors’ paths were identified: clients of ROOMER center, employees of the center and adjacent offices, transit flows. Based on the analysis, areas of intense and calm movement of people were identified. Based on this, solutions were proposed for the placement of recreation areas for visitors and employees, landscaping schemes and main objects.

This project has become a landmark for the bureau, the proposed solutions and methodology were received positively by both the client and residents of the houses adjacent to the furniture trade center.
