Functional zoning has been designed for the territory of PortPlaza business center. The architects have allocated parking areas, recreational and transit areas. A placement scheme for lighting and landscaping has been carried out for the territory of the business center.

Based on the proposed zoning, the architects presented the most functional solutions, for instance, lawn fencing has been made with the use of benches and flowerbeds. This allows for a better space organizing and increasing its potential.
