A rather small territory was proposed for the placement of the object, which did not allow filling the arena with all those functions that are necessary for its full-fledged activity target.
The most effective design solution in the proposed conditions is the maximum use of the development footprint with activation of the surrounding potential: its recreational, transit and commercial components. The dam has become the location for the beach and the pier, the existing traffic routes have been expanded and new ones were added, several equal entrance zones have been created, which excludes the possibility of a large number of people gathering in one place during events.
The project provides for the possibility of holding both practice matches and international competitions. Thanks to the multifunctional zoning, the arena can function daily and be a venue for public events.
