The bureau faced the following task — a scoping study of the territory within the framework of the investment project “Boarding school for gifted children in the Moscow region”. The ideologists of the educational campus planned to create, based on advanced domestic and foreign educational practices, a model of a unique secondary educational institution of an open type, with the possibility of obtaining a full-fledged education and accommodation within the school grounds.
Within the framework of the project, the general planning concept of the boarding school was developed and architectural and spacing solutions were proposed for the key objects of the complex: educational buildings, a scientific center, an art center, a sports cluster, a media library, residential buildings, administrative and household centers, a medical center and a public center.
