The project provided for redevelopment for merging with the balcony zone to increase the usable area. Thus, the two-room apartment became a three-room apartment, and at the request of the client, the architects added another bathroom. The residential section of the apartment has been increased as a result of the redevelopment — adults and children have got separate bedrooms, and a comfortable room for parties and cozy family evenings has emerged.
The interior is designed using the best traditions of functional minimalism, using natural materials. The unusual solutions and materials include the Ecopan panels to maintain the apartment’s microclimate, as well as a bio fireplace that gives the feeling of a natural fire, but without smoke and soot.
